Sunflex Metalloy Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of bronze flanges and copper alloy flanges, including gunmetal flanges and aluminium bronze flanges. Production is carried out at three manufacturing units in Gujarat, India: two at Umbergaon and one at Umargam.
The company works from customer drawings and applicable international specifications. It supplies industrial customers who need flanges in specific UNS copper-alloy grades, in standard or non-standard dimensions, with the inspection and documentation the order calls for.
Manufacturing, engineering and material expertise
Manufacturing
Flanges in nine types — slip-on, threaded, blind, socket-weld, lap joint, plate, reducing, loose and custom — manufactured and machined to dimensions, facings and drilling patterns defined by the standard or drawing.
Material expertise
Seven UNS bronze grades from leaded tin bronze and gunmetal to nickel aluminium bronze. Material pages give composition limits and mechanical minimums from the relevant ASTM specifications.
Custom manufacturing
Special drilling, thickness, bore, facing and non-standard profiles are made to the customer drawing, for OEM and project requirements.
Quality & certification
Dimensional, visual, thread, facing, bore and drilling inspection, with documentation agreed per order. Management systems certified to ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. See Quality and Certifications.
Export supply
Supply to international customers, with packing and commercial documentation prepared for export shipments.
Customer-specific requirements
Specifications, test requirements, marking and documentation are reviewed against what the order requires before manufacture starts.
